Is there a way of only allowing user to save their views as private?

Don't think so, the creater of the view has full RMCDA access to it.

Odd, I'm trying to PREVENT users from creating private views since their existence is slowing everybody who uses views down, and if we add the Admins to the list then they can find and scold folks if they have too many.
